My mission is to use my experience staying sober to support people in recovery through connection, reflection, and honest self-exploration.
I believe sobriety is more than a decision — it’s an ongoing relationship with a Power Greater than yourself, your thoughts, and the way you experience the world. Recovery invites us to question old stories, uncover personal truth, and build awareness around the habits and beliefs that shape our lives.
Any sober community exists to remind people that staying sober doesn’t mean walking alone. Through shared reflection, thoughtful writing, and open conversation, my aim is to encourage a recovery lifestyle grounded in presence, curiosity, discovery, and meaningful connection.
My focus on the inner work — the daily practices that help people stay connected, remain mindful, and continue growing even when the path feels uncertain. Whether through journaling, reflection, or sharing experiences, I believe that clarity and progress come from staying engaged with ourselves and with one another.
Living a sober life not about perfection.
It’s about awareness, intention, consistency and making sobriety #1 in life — if you can’t stay sober, EVERYTHING ELSE suffers.
